Stuart Lodge is the grandson of the founder of Lodge Service, and started with the company in 1987. He has worked in all divisions of business including overseas branches (Spain, Ireland, South Africa) and sister businesses (US).

Darren brings over 30 years of comprehensive security industry experience to his role as Group Managing Director at Lodge Security.

James joined the team in 2018 and is CIMA-qualified with nearly 20 years of accounting experience across various industries. James is responsible for all aspects of finance and payroll within the company, and ensuring the achievement of the company’s long term strategy and success.

Andrew celebrates 20 years service with Lodge in November 2025. Starting as a uniformed Security Officer in Leeds City Centre and later joining our SD (plain clothes programme), before progressing to multiple leading roles across our Elite Security Teams managing our client’s flagship properties. 

Jenni has over 20 years HR experience. As a chartered member of the CIPD, her expertise spans various sectors both strategic and operational HR insights.

With over 20 years of experience spanning electronic security, guarding, and loss prevention, Matt has a strong engineering background and deep industry expertise within the retail sector.

Ed Joined Lodge service in January 2024 as the Operations Director for our island of Ireland services. Ed has over 20 years’ experience in the security industry in the UK and Ireland in both the public and private sector.

Laura has 14 years service with Lodge, starting as a uniformed officer in our retail division before moving in to a Store Detective role where she developed strong partnerships with West Yorkshire Police and Crime Prevention Partnerships.
