NBCC Crime Reduction Initiatives survey 2022

The overall aim of this survey is to identify ways to enhance the effectiveness of crime reduction initiatives and partnerships. In particular, we are focusing on Business Crime Reduction Partnerships (BCRPs) and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs). Currently, business crime partnerships can become accredited using the National Standards. Accreditation can bring value to a crime reduction scheme by establishing information-sharing agreements (ISAs) and formalising arrangements between partners. Yet many schemes do not choose accreditation. One objective of this survey is to gain insight on how to generate awareness of accreditation and promote the value that it can bring.

The research is commissioned by the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) and delivered by the City, University of London.

Your answers to this survey are anonymous. Your individual answers will not be associated with your name, nor will they be shared with anyone outside of the research team at City, University of London.
